Before, most employees had to work from a fixed location, even for jobs that didn't require the worker to be present at the office. This is changing as remote and hybrid workplaces are gaining popularity. Now employees don't have to work from the office as long as they can meet their work targets. In the future, hybrid and remote workplaces will be the norm instead of the exception. Employers have realized that as long as employees have the right tools and technology, they don't need to work in-office to be productive. In most cases, flexibility enhances productivity.
